Carrie Hayden
Carrie’s passion and driving force is working in harmony with executive teams to fuel strategic planning, build audiences, and meet business goals. Her penchant for discerning digital marketing solutions and innovative creative has established her as a marketing force in the entertainment industry, with awards from the Canadian Screen Awards and IAWTV Awards.
Co-Founder / Creative Strategist
Jess Carroll
After over a decade in the marketing business working with creators and web-based content, her skills in trend forecasting, digital audience retention, content strategy, and paid media have helped her grow large followings (and make $$$) for a number of creative organizations and individuals. Jess is fascinated by non-linear content distribution techniques, new media theory, and how fandom communities grow and self-govern. She holds a Digital Marketing certificate from Columbia Business School and a BFA in Art History from Concordia University.
